Identify this

This spot appeared on my Sailfish Tang, on the bottom back fin on the top, and I was wondering what it was, and how to get rid of it. Looks like a soft granual, attached to the fin.

Yes. The spot on the bottom back fin on the tip. It's more like a growth, than a spot, as it looks like a soft, grain like thing, attached to the fin. Almost like you could take your fingers, and manually remove it. This is the best pic I could get.

This is really weird, but after noticing that thing on my Sailfish Tang for around two weeks, it's all of a sudden gone. Yeah!

All I can figure is, that maybe my Cleaner Shrimp took care of the problem.
