I have noticed a bunch of these showing up in my tank lately. They are tiny babies. What should I do, Should I hand remove them?

Keyhole limpet, mine were harmless and ate algae/diatoms but there are many types.
Mine mow algae nothing else will. Great clean up crew
 
If you're not noticing any problems from them, then I'd probably say to just remove them as desired and offer them to local reefers or your LFS; in some cases, critters like this reproduce to the point where people frustrated by it, but - since they're usually helpful critters- it's not necessarily a bad thing.

To clarify, OP, your critter is a Keyhole Limpet, not a true Limpet - for some info on the difference and on why some people consider keyhole limpets bad (though most are good), see my post in the link below:
