Can anyone tell me what this is? Should I get rid of it?

I don't think sponges have antennae and almost certain they arent mobile :), now I'm just guessing some sort of sea slug or nudi. Leave it unless someone else can positively ID as harmful. If a nudi, it will most likely starve though!

Sponge are not Mobil that is not a sponge may be some type of slug but most def not a sponge and if you don't trust it get it out.

Check out our friend lionfishlair website. If it has a shell and antenna its stomatella. a good thing. It could also be a macro snail, another good thing unless you have macros in the tank.
I have too many stomatella to name them. But my turbo Flower likes them.

oh nutis are actually slugs, but nudis usually have ruffls, some are good like lettuce nudis some are not like zoa eaters.
A top side view is best for ID in any case.

Do you have another pic? When I first looked at thought it was a white blur or something with the camera. Then I thought it was attached to the rock. And I'm not convinced Toby doesn't have something to do with it.

Lol, I can't get another angle of him, he has antennas that have black spots at the top.
no sweat, as your hitchikers appear and its always hard to get photos, its more fun and more accurate to do a bit of research too once you get an answer or a close answer.. Renee at lionfishlair.com has great pics and that can help you more positivly ID the critter.
Kinda an ask and read up method. once you narrow what it probably is Ie snail nudi slug worm etc you can then look for species and if it may be harmful.
I got a beautiful i mean WOW nudibranch and many said it was the end of the world for my tank, but it turned out he didnt prey on anythin I had. so I kept it. It did slowly start to pale even though I put in a couple thing he might have eaten, so after a time he went into the herb garden. His name is now Basil.

another good resource. its been archived sadly and the likns no longer work but the info is there.

I really miss chuck.

looks like elysia or oxynoe to me human. Theres one other with that same body type that keeps appearing on the east cost this season recently.
we had a brown flatworm thing this last summer, interesting correlation no? the commonality here. Natural seawater from Scripps.
MMM boy my pipefish loved those snacks.

I looked but it doesn't look like a worm, but more like a snail from that website, but maybe because it is small it doesn't appear to have a shell.
