Identify?

Yesterday, while cleaning my tank I noticed this tiny tube growing right on the edge of a Leptoseris coral that's still on the frag plug it came on. It looks very much like this but really tiny

I've borrow this from the internet since I don't have picture of my own. This tube appeared to have a very long hair waving from it with a few copepods stuck to it.
Can someone identify this?
Is it a good thing or bad?
Should I get rid of it?
That hair waving from it, is that going to hurt corals or fish?

Most likely tube worm or spaghetti worm not a pest.

They look like vermetid snails. That line you're seeing is a streaming line of mucus that they use to filter feed.

They're mostly harmless, but I've heard (never seen myself though) of their feeding line irritating some corals. Just keep an eye out, but otherwise don't worry about them...
