I do agree it could be GSP like @Jake_the_reefer said. It there is a red skeleton it could be organ pipe coral? Both have similar polyps and I've purchased GSP frags that I thought were organ pipe coral

Looks like cloves to me.

Firework Clove on top, green star polyp on bottom. Cloves come in green also.
