My clownfish has this white spot on him? Does anyone know what it is and how to treat him?

Can’t really tell much from that picture. How long have you had the fish? Do you QT new additions? Any possible aggression from other tank mates?

I have had the fish for 3 1/2 years, I don’t quarantine fish, and the only aggression I have seen is when my angelfish gets close to the clownfish’s anemone.

With a single spot it’s hard to say for certain what it may be. Maybe observe it closely see if it worsens or if additional spots show up and go from there. Update your thread so if it worsens we can try to diagnose what it may be you are dealing with.

I saw some erratic swimming so I think it could be flukes.
If you think it’s flukes prazipro is reef safe and would take care of the issue.

If you have any ornamental works like feather dusters it may kill them. No impact on any other inverts or corals IME.
