Hello. Can anyone identify what is on my fishes fish ?

Hi Lisa - hard to tell-look too big for ich or velvet-maybe lymphocystis.. is that a new fish? Pics are a little blurry-do the spots move? If they do could be flukes

Yes. New fish, and I havent noticed them move yet just noticed them today

Tank is about a week old salinity is 1.025 and no ammonia

This is viral and should fall off on its own. Keep an eye on it.
As far as tank age, tank is too knew for fish like this and may not have fully cycled as to what is going on here.

This tank is new but I've had the tank running for almost 2 years now, just transfered everything into a bigger tank and ive been dosing stability daily
