Any idea what this big light purple thing is and the tiny one growing right next to it, also finding alot of little hairy black worms that look like Brissell worms kinda, part of one crawling out of a hole. All live rock from my local store

Got it out if his hideout seen atleast x4 of these all over

That would be coralline algae in pic 2, Pic one is also coralline algae from an old rock but it is all dried up.
The mushroom looking thing should I pull it out, what about those worms lol?, 75 gallon coral reef tank brand new 9 days Into this thing brand new favorite hobby going all in on this beast
 
Have the same sponge, remove it, it is invasive and will spread like crazy.
 
It's semi hard semi soft, gonna remove it, any tips for pulling these out without harming the water quality or can I just rip it off the rock
