Looks like Cyanobacteria and Dinos
How new is the tank ?
About 2 years old. I plan on fully changing my sand bed to a thicker grain sand about a quarter of the tank at a time. I have been slowly reducing my nitrates.

There a couple things growing in there....:)
Looks like you need a clean up crew.
You sure you don’t have very low nitrates?
I recently added about 40 nassarius snails and 5 astreas. My nitrates are reading low but i figured that is because the algae is consuming it so I have been trying to reduce the nitrates.
