Identifying coral

Anyone know what type of coral this is it's hard as a rock at the stem and has a soft glowing Neon glow to it at the top.

Also is this type of starfish okay to have with corals

It looks like a trumpet coral. And in very bad shape... And the starfish is a chocolate chip starfish and is not reef safe, they eat corals.

The coral looks like a frogspawn or hammer but it's not doing well. The skeleton on top should not be exposed like that.

Does anyone know how i can save this Coral as It was gifted from a friend who is getting rid of his tank

In all honesty it looks pretty far gone. It's not unheard of for them to make a comeback, but from my knowledge it would be rare. The best thing you could do is make sure your parameters are stable and within range for a reef tank, and that the lighting is adequate.

Yes, that is an emerald crab. Most of them are reef safe. I have 3 and have never had a problem. Some people have reported getting one that goes rogue and will munch on coral, but that's not very common.

You got me on that one. I'm not very familiar with eels. I'll have to leave this one for someone else to help you with. It looks cool so I'm interested in seeing what someone says about it.
