Looks like Ostreopsis, I am battling the same thing right now. Raising my NO4 and NO3 with a lot of syphoning has seemed to slow it down. I have a 114w UV showing up tomorrow that I am going to hook into the main display to hopefully finish it off. I also added a 1 micron filter sock in the sump and it seems to be catching a lot of the cells as well but it plugs up pretty quickly so I have to keep an eye on it.
