Identifying possible algae or bacteria bloom

Here are 2 pictures of my tank. Wondering what kind of algae this is or maybe a bad bacteria bloom?

Looks like dinoflagellates to me, but could be diatoms (the only reason I don’t think it’s diatoms I’d that it’s clearly not a brand new tank and I assume you’re using RODI water).

Ya I thought it was either of the 2. I think it’s Dinos since it ran my phosphates and nitrates to almost 0 while dosing nopox and i am using rodi water.
I just didn’t see air bubbles, that’s why I didn’t think it was Dino’s at first.
