Identifying specific problem on my quarantined tang

Looks like a bacterial outbreak and likely from poor water quality or diet or both.
Check your phosphate -nitrate-ammonia-salinity levels.
Feed at minimum-
spirulina brine shrimp
LRS herbivore diet
small plankton
Formula 2 flake and frozen
Add selcon vitamin and garlic extract to foods for immunity health and stamina
Maracyn 2 Or ruby Rally reef would also help with this
