Very large Vermetid snail. These can produce mucus that irritates corals and multiply rapidly.
Usually, it is recommended to cover the snail with glue or crush the base of the shell with tweezers for smaller individuals, but I am not sure if this is safe with such a large Vermetid snail.

+1 it's a vermatid snail. Idk why they are snails. Look like worms in tubes.
They do spit out webs that irritate corals but I've never had an issue with them actually killing coral or doing any damage. Like a spider web. But they retract it and eat all the goodies. Lol.

That's exactly where the name came from. Worm = vermis in Latin. They are snails, not worms, because they share a body plan with other gastropods and not worms, it is only the calcareous tube that is similar to some annelid worms. At first glance, you wouldn't think of an earthworm looking similar to a Christmas tree worm, just as you wouldn't think of a vermatid snail looking similar to a Trochus.
