Brittle stars - Personally I leave them. I think they are a foot part of the clean up crew. I’m not sure what others do with them, but I just let them be

I been losing my torches

Have you been losing your torches because of them? I don't think they normally eat/harm corals. If you really wanted them gone the best option would be to see if you can borrow Harlequin shrimp from a LFS/reefer I guess. Those things will decimate them, however they will starve out after they go through all the stars in your tank...

I am not sure what is really going on with the system my ph is low got a test the alk phosphate is 0.07
