So I recently had a chance to go scuba diving in the Red Sea, specifically the Gulf of Aqaba area in Dahab and Sharm El-Sheikh. Being the geek that I am, I of course traveled all that way with my underwater camera gear (that was fun at all the airport, border, and hotel security checks with a language barrier). I've been going through my photos in Lightroom tagging them with the different species in the photos. I'm still in just the early stages of going through them, but 3 species have thus far defeated every attempt I've made to ID them. I have a nice Red Sea fish ID book but they don't appear in there, or are slight variations.
