iDip Nitrate testing results conversion

Using Exact iDip 570 Nitrate test, which result more closely matches the common liquid tests like API, Salifert etc.?
Nitrate as NO3 or Nitrate as NaNO3 ???

Nitrate is never, as far as I have seen, quoted as sodium nitrate. If the idip does that, it is incredibly strange. Perhaps that is a typo.

Sometimes nitrate is shown as nitrate nitrogen, NO3-N or N-NO3. Multiply NO3-N by 4.4 to get NO3.

There was a recent major update to the iDip app that required clearing and resetting my "Preferred" results settings. I've been getting them reset and I thought the nitrate as NaNO3 was strange!
