Idk what this is

So I been cleaning my tanks and notice in my smaller tank something that has me boggled on what it is

So since I don’t have the correct lens and apologies in the poor quality photos but it is orange around same with the center circle. It’s the size of a dime. Looks like a mushroom and I swear never was there before. I have some KP live rock that’s been in here for a while that brought a lot of starfish

My first thought is the remainder of an anemone or something like it ???
