IEC to Hamilton Metal Halide cord adapter

[TerraFerma]

Hi there,

Does anyone:

1) know what the style of connector on Hamilton MH pendant to ballast is called?

2) Know if there is an adapter to connect that to and IEC pendant cord, from Hamilton ballast to the IEC pendant cord?

Pic of the Hamilton plug attached.

How about this - does anyone know what the connection plug on the Hamilton ballast is called?
