if i get a refugium do i need a regular power filter

Hello, if i get a refugium do I need a regular power filter? Or can I use both together?

You can use both or just the refugium. One problem you might have is lack of mechanical filtration. If you don't mind small particles in your tank you should be fine with just a refugium. Otherwise I would add a power filter with some floss or something else.
