So I'm treating my tank with Metro+focus, but there are some powder/dust left and they are blown around the tank. If inverts catch some of it, will they die? I have snails, slug, pistol shrimp, and crabs.

It could effect them. Chances are they may not eat it. Best to spot feed metro/focus soaked into frozen foods. If you can, syphon out what you can just in case.

Yes I mixed it with frozen food and poured the cup into the tank. I can't spot feed each fish because it's very hard. Thr anthias and butterfly always get the food first so I have to put a lot of food at once.

I use a pipette when using this. Allows some control. I also drain the food after soaking in meds and remove the smaller pieces and loose meds before use.
