If the drain had no bends and went straight down to the sump, would this be noisy?

I would be doing this example.

It will make noise. With a stand pipe as water enters, it's must pull air with it to drain. That pulling air and water causes the noise.

Another thing is the emergency drain really won't be of any help the way it is plumbed in the pic. 99% of the time the clog happens right at the strainer. In your picture it appears you are only using 1 drain input then splitting afterwards. My opinion is this is a flood waiting to happen.
You need to have at least 1 main drain with a gate valve and 1 drain that is unrestricted (emergency).
