If this sps is healty?
I think the sps is some white

Not the greatest picture but I would say it looks fine. White in the tips is just new growth assuming it doesn't proceed to bleach further down.
 
No PE, patches of tissue loss, pale coloration, I would not categorize that as healthy, I would check for RB as well.

Perhaps tell us how long you've had the piece? Do you know what type of Acropora?
 
Pale coloration ? Its a bad picture. Also where do you see tissue loss ? On the underside that gets absolutely no light?
 
I would wait & see ... at least a couple days if not a week to see if there's any negative symptom. I do see evidence of polyps.

I've had totally stress & pale (wild) sps which is taking longer than expected for it to colour up still. Hairy PE as well ...
 
After reading my post it seemed like I was starting an argument, which I was not. Just asking for clarification
 
If you can provide your water quality, and how long to raise, will be better to understand your problem lies there.

Just look at the picture, I think it is not healthy, it should be hairy, maybe your po4 is too high.
