If this was your SPS coral what would you say is wrong with it?

NO3 is 1-2ppm and PO4 is 9ppb. Nova Extreme Pro 6x54w over a 55g Birdsnest is about 3/4 down in tank. At the moment or for the past 2 weeks I have been running 2 bulbs for 1 hour then 4 bulbs for 6 hours and then 2 bulbs for 1 hour.

Do you mean to type 9 for phosphates? Or does the ppb instead of ppm make it .09?

No i typed it right 9ppb i use the Hanna 736 which reads in ppb not ppm which is about .03 ppm

ppb to ppm conversion = ppb / 1000 (i.e., 1000 ppb / 1000 = 1 ppm). 9 ppb anything should be .009 ppm anything using a direct conversion.
 
X multiplied by 3.066 then divide by 1000. This will give the po4 result
