If your fusion has started getting the network error or the not connected message than I'll help you fix it.

Neptune has decided that they are going to kick you from the server if you have corrupt files. Most people have corrupted. Files during a firmware update or etc. fusion kicks you out because when you use fusion your apex sends all it's files and setting to the server. If your files are corrupted than it will slow down the server.

You can find out if your profile files are corrupted by going to the apex dash board in your browser not fusion configuration tab and then profiles setup. Click on pf1 and go through the list if you see anything other than PF1(PF1) etc or funny symbols like * little diamonds etc than they are corrupt

Two ways to fix this and it will work perfect again
1. If you haven't set any profiles than . Open the apex dashboard through your browser not fusion. Go to configuration tab. Next misc setup. Next at the bottom of the box there is a selection click on it and go to the one that says profiles. Click it then update under that.
All fixed.
2. If you have saved your profiles after you set them than do as above then after load saved profiles.
