iFarmer's 93g reef cube - SPS tank

Not sure when I will be getting a new tank. I am scheduled to bring the tank back to the store where I bought it so that Marineland will pick it up from the store this Thursday (12/02/2014).
I will have more updates in a few days.

Looking back, I just can't believe that I started this tank build back in July and now it's december and I still do not have a tank seutp yet. That goes to show that I am a very patience reefer :)

Yea started my 93 back in June and still not done and have the same bubble issue in the seams.

My issue is it is drilled so no warranty so I am screwed. Good they are replacing those tank for others though.
My only choice is too scrap the project or buy a new tank and hope their are no issues.
I will probably end up keeping a few things that I purchased for my 93 and install them on my 75.. Allot of money down the drain..

Good luck with your build it is looking really nice...

Wow, I can't believe it take this long. your patience is very impressive.

yes. marineland finally refunded the credit. I wasted no time, had my LFS ordered the same tank which i will be picking that up on 01/30/2015.

My 93 has been up and running for a almost 3 months. The seems were full of bubbles just like yours. They have completely gone away now. So if there are s few bubbles in the new one I wouldn't worry.

You all scared me. i am about to wet my 93g glass cage tank.

a new replacement tank from Marineland.

Took me 7 months to get to this far. But at least I am making progress.
This new tank's sillicon looks worse than the previous one but I am going to take my chance this time. Getting tired of waiting :)

Started this tank setup back in July 2014 and now it's already February 2015 and tank still has no water. Amazing.

I plan to do a leak test on this tank in a week or so.

Congrats..

Let's hope they tested it before shipping out to you. Wish you luck on this one.

Happy you were finally able to get a replacement. Did you do your leak test yet?

Still very frustrated with these marineland tank.

Planning my leak test on a new 93 next week (prior to drilling). Thanks for the update.

FYI, the manufacturer usually won't cover any type of tank failure or issue if the tank is resting on a stand that is not made by them (even though most custom stands are 10x better built). Just something to consider.

The stand looks great by the way. Will there be a canopy or is it going to be open top?

so, how is very thing? so far so good? beautiful tank and stand.
