IKEA bin as ATO reservoir

Can this ikea bin used as ATO reservoir?
It is made of polypropylene...

Polypropylene should be fine, doesnt leak toxic chemicals with the exception of #1 and #7 plastics. Though not sure how stable it will be some containers bow more than others with fluids. Think cheap trash can that rain water filled.
