So I have posted recently about something sweeping they my system. Initially started out as ich, then covered the whole body, progressed to what looked like mucous cones, then the flesh peeling off. Any idea what’s going on? Affecting mostly tangs, but a heniochus and red lyretaile succumbed to it. @Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081 @ReefSquad

Other Fish with symptoms are currently in hospital tank under copper at 2.30

The first pic looks like ich - often as it progresses untreated, the spots become so numerous it looks like a white mucusy coat, and secondary bacterial infections can occur furthering that appearance.
Getting them into copper is a good first step - how long have they been in treatment?
All fin damage in the last pic looks due to aggression or cuc picking at the body.

Peeling is a key sign that this could be brooks

This appears to be skin irritation or even mucus cones which can be mixed with ich. Would need which I realize is too late clearer pics and side view of the given fish. There may be wound on belly but hard to confirm which is bacterial. It will take two days alone for copper to start taking effect

Sorry - two threads, same topic - this could be a bactgerial infection due to uncontrolled ich.
