IM 100 cycle question

I have had the tank up for about a week and added a shrimp in the tank day one. I added over 100 lbs of liverock from an existing system, livesand, 2 bottles of bio spira (150 gallon rating worth), and a 12x12 sponge from my system that has been running for a year. I have had 0 trace of ammonia and even threw a cheap zoa in to see what happens. The shrimp is completely rotted and smells horrible. Is it possible that my tank skipped the cycle due to the mature liverock and all the extra bacteria I added?

Yeah you probably are cycled. Nitrates and phosphate might be through the roof but cycled nonetheless

That's what I keep thinking. I've never had a tank that never showed ammonia in all this time starting up. Maybe I overkilled it

Do you think with time the nitrates and phosphates will drop back down to normal levels or will I have to do a bunch of WC to being them down

What did you test them at and what are your nutrient export methods?
I’d just be afraid of hair algae taking up all the excess

I have my skimmer going now but I can also move my chaeto reactor over to the 100
