Hello Fellow Nano Reefers,

A bit about me... I started in the hobby at the age of 14, currently I am 36. I have mostly kept "nano-sized" tanks. My largest system had a total water volume of 160 gallons. But the majority of my setups are in the 40-60 gallon and smaller ranges. I've been though many ups and downs in the hobby, mostly downs. If our hobby has taught me anything, it is patience, even though I still struggle with it.

Current Setups:
My Innovative Marine Nuvo 10 gallon has been up and running for 8 months now. I'll be honest it was neglected a while but after a few water changes and some TLC here are some photos. I am still battling a bit of cyano and will preform a few more water changes before I try products like Chemi-clean. The overflow chamber holds my Mame Glass skimmer and also a overflow basket (drilled for the skimmer) which allows me place some filter floss in and have a skimmer at the same time. The middle section holds my 50w Eheim heater as well as ceramic bio balls. The return section has my temperature probe, pH probe, return pump, and top off sensors. I was dosing 2 part at one point but have stopped because my weekly 2 gallon (roughly 20%) water changes keep up with demand.

I also run an ELOS 70 In wall tank and the link to that tank build is here. ELOS 70 In-Wall Build I'll admit that I haven't been good at keeping up the thread but somehow have some time on my hands and can add to it again.

If you have any questions about the tank or the equipment let me know. I have good and bad things to say about everything.

Very nice! Who did your screen lid?

I recently upgraded my IM Fusion 10 to a 25 Lagoon. These are great little tanks.

Thanks! I believe it was www.clearviewlids.com Because my lid was "custom" it took 4-6 weeks, at the time, to order and receive. I have 2 lids from them, both are very high quality and when they get dirty I just spray them off in the shower with some warm water, let dry, then put back on the tank... BAM Good as New!

That looks really nice! Do you plan to add more corals, or are you going to stick with what you have now?

Thank You!

Yes, I added some zoas and lps within the first few weeks of startup, which was wayyyyyy to fast. I was waiting for the tank to stabilize, which looks to have happened. Once I give the tank a few more water changes and clear up the cyano I will add more corals. My plan is to add more lps, zoas, and possible a few sticks of sps from my main display. Because this is a nano and I can only add 1-2 frags of sps I am waiting for my main display sps to grow and color up fully before I add a frag to the nano. I also might add a few colorful chalises.

Btw I am running WWC's Lighting profile on both tanks. I think its the LED only profile that they use in their store. It is 14k during the morning at 6am until noon, and then 22-24k from noon until lights off at 7pm. I normally prefer a 14k look but went with schedule because it works and because it gives me lots of tank view time.
