Hi all,

Decided to start a thread. First time reefing and the tank has been up since August 2017. I’ve learned a lot over the past few months and have ran into a few issues/lessons learned. Started out as a softie/LPS tank but has turned into a mix as I have found a love for acroporas.

I am in love with this plain acro. It’s blue/purple with bright white polyps. Sorry for the bad picture quality. I’ll soon get into photography and try for better pictures.

Everything is chugging along in the reef. All corals seem to be growing well and the bonsai is starting to sprout new sticks. The only issue I’ve been having is my wrasse likes to chase the clowns around every once in awhile so he may need a new home soon.

By the way the two Duncan’s are just sitting there temporarily. I may decide to give them away since I am out of room, however they seem to be really happy where they’re at

Went to the Coral Farmers Market yesterday and picked up a Tyree Pink Lemonade frag and a Red Dragon. Woke up this morning and found my baby clownfish next to the tank... somehow it squeezed through a small hole. This has to be the worst thing that can happen in the hobby.....
