IM 40 Long Build Thread - Mandarin Reef

Like many of you, I'll be using this post as a sort of diary to log dates and whatnot for equipment, livestock, etc. While using it for somewhat selfish reasons, one of my favorite things to read about are people's build threads, so I hope I'll be able to add a lot of pics/information along the way.

I've owned 4 tanks in the past, common fish with LPS and/or BTAs. I've done a substantial amount of research regarding mandarins/dragonets and eventually plan to house 1-2 in this tank.

I bought this tank on Thursday night, it will hopefully be delivered by Friday, 11/4/2022.

I was also gifted a set of brand new lights from a friend, the 8x54w version.

This will be my first time straying from Waterbox / AI brands for tanks and lighting!
