He doesnt directly feed it. The anemone gets the food when we feed the fish one block of fish food. Is that enough or should I directly feed?
The salt level is low and so is the ph level which we are currently working on raising.

Yes. They will photosynthesize well. I would feed him to get the colors back. Also, switch to 14k mh, it will look way cooler under bluer light.

I don't target feed my sebae anemone, but I do keep it under good lighting. What wattage are your bulbs and size tank?

My 6 year old (( at least in my care )) S. haddoni hasn't been directly fed in over a year. It even lost part of its oral disc with the powerhead's sponge came off and it moved while I was in the hospital. It has completely grew back and is back to normal --- this is in a 65 with 2*250 MH (( Radiums )) and 2*96 PC's.

To get proper color, most anemones do need periodic feedings. Say a good size meal once a week or every other week will make a real noticeable difference.

They do use photosynthesis but that's only part of their diet. They are also carnivores and need to be fed. You could use mysis shrimp in moderation (it's a really oily food) or brine shrimp.

With the food in the pipet squirt the a bit of food directly at the center of it so it can catch the food.

Probably want to turn off the pumps so the food isn't swept away during this.
