I currently have 5x Lyretailed anthias, 15x Resplendent Anthias , 4x Evansi anthias, 2x Sunset Anthias(rescue fish), 25(ish)x Ignitus anthias and 1x Carberryi Anthias(interloper:D) in my tank.

My LFS has just received a bunch of 12x ignitus in stunning condition, he has offered them to me at a good price and is prepare to hold them till Saturday for me to make a decision, yes or no. I have enough room to add them with no problem (the tank is a lightly loaded 2500Litre.)

What do I doo_O The anthias look stunning all swimming together, the tank looks so busy (which I like) The down side is I'm having to feed so heavily the aiptasia is proliferating, although the readings are acceptable.

I hooked on anthias:eek: Please help a poor addict:oops:

Get some of those aiptasia eating nudis, sorry forget their names lol, and some easier butterflies may eat aiptasia like burgess, kleins etc, and definitely get the anthias if u want them, you should try some lori anthias saw them for the first time a week ago and they are stunning,

I thought about Berghia verrucicornis but I have a couple of wrasse which I am told will eat them with gusto:eek:

I do like Lori anthias but I have found they can be tricky, Red Saddled Anthias (Pseudanthias flavoguttatus) look similar and are a little easier to keep.

I have the red saddles, otherwise i wouldve got the loris, both are beautiful fish

How have you found the red saddles-they are on my to get list. Do you have a group.
I have a pair for just over a year now, im from Northern Ireland so I'd have no idea where you'd find them as i assume, correct me if im wrong that you are in the states, sorry not much help in that, but good luck finding them

+1000 on the filefish for aptasia control! Worked wonders in an old tank i had and cleaned em all up in less than a week if i remember right and they never came back. This was after a too long battle with many other methods, including a CBB that didnt really help and slowly died due to being so hard to keep fed. Would only eat live food and not aptasia as luck would have it. Filefish = hardy, did job, and easy to feed after

I'm in the UK- Leicester in the midlands, these fish used to be readily available from TMC but recently (since I've been looking) the supply seems to have dried up.
