A Frag becomes a Colony when it Covers the Entire Plug.

I Feel that

1 Polyp = Frag
Frag Plug Covered in Polyps = Colony

Everyone has a Different Opinion on this.

When I think of the Words Zoanthid Frag I think of 4 Polyps or Less because if it is any more than that you need to Rob a Bank to Afford the Plug.
