Wow that looks great! Love the rock scape and the additions!
My parents are the same way (constantly ask me if anything has died recently) due to the many deaths in FW when I was keeping fish at a young age. I clearly had no idea what I was doing. I remember thinking the conditioner was their "water" so I gave them some conditioner daily for a few weeks before the goldfish couldn't handle it anymore. I am better now...
