Hey guys, ameares8 (Anthony) here. I haven't been in the reef community for almost 2 years now and am glad to say that I am fully getting back into the hobby. I haven't really seen who is still in the club since the move away from Reef Central and that whole fiasco, but hopefully several familiar names/faces will pop up. Looks like I am just in time for the frag swap too!

If anyone bought frags from me back in 2010/2011 (those were the good frags), I would be interested in buying a frag back from you to get my new tank started back up. If you don't want to sell any of those frags, I would still like to know how those frags are doing.

I am getting all of my equipment for the new tank probably next week, so I will start a build thread pretty soon. I'm looking forward to seeing some old faces and meeting some new ones!

Welcome back... You will see many old faces and even more newbies!

Anthony.. welcome back.. I tried a Hiatus 3 years ago.. lasted all of 3 months. LOL. Good to see you back.

Anthony, I remember you selling off some of your equipment as I joined the club. Welcome back to the addiction!

What size tank are you planning?

Thanks for the welcome back everyone! I won't be going back with a 160 like I had...yet. My wife and parents decided to buy me a small tank for my birthday last week, so that gave me the push to jump back in. The only problem is that its a 36 gallon bow front that isn't reef ready. I am debating swapping the tank out or just going with external overflows. I would rather have a RR. I have had both in the past and am aware of the issues that can arise. Other side to that argument is that if I set my Apex up right, it shouldn't overflow.

Didn't think about drilling the back. Might have to find someone who is confident in drilling glass, because I know that I will shatter it in a second.
