IM Fusion 20 Water Level

What is the proper water level on a Fusion 20? Measuring from the top of the tank down, where does your water level sits in the display tank? The second chamber in the back? The return chamber?

I keep mine so the return chamber is approx 3/4" from the chamber. To keep a flow.

In the display tank it's ~1" from the top all around. In the back chambers you want to have the outer two filled to the bare minimum and then you want the middle chamber ~1" below those beside it. Remember, you're trying to get all of the water to go through all of the filtration you've set up (like a maze).

Thanks for the replies. I had my return chamber too high. I have an Eheim 75 w heater and it's pretty long so I had the 3rd chamber too high. I guess I will push the heater all the way to the bottom. Not much room for error. A little evaporation and the water level will be below the heater's min level. I need to pick out an automatic top off in case I'm on a business trip or vacation.

I would check out the hydrofill ATO. That's what I use on my nuvo 20. Works great. A 5g bucket of top off lasts me a couple weeks
