IM Fusion Pro 50 - fleece roller

I'd like to replace my filter sock in an IM Fusion Pro 50 with a fleece roller. The Klir Di-4 seems like it just might fit in the chamber.
Has anyone tried adding one to an IM all in one tank? Is there another alternative?

Also, not 100% sure how these actually work. I thought the water entered the middle then passed through the fleece from the inside then out like a filter sock.

This is an interesting idea, I am not sure how good it will look on an AIO tank.

I have a 15 inch canopy around the top of the tank. I found that light was spilling into the room more that I wanted.
