I currently live in a tropical climate I have a small 10 gallon tank. I have been doing the first cycle I think that has been going ok. I really don't like the chemical tests though its hard to tell color differences. The real problem I am having rite now is temperature control. I live in Puerto Rico and it is always quite warm here. I do not have AC at my house. My tank temp has been averaging 88+. in the past couple days I have been putting frozen bottles of water in the back of the tank. that has helped but my temp is rite around 80-82 sometimes it gets lower but its been a chore to keep enough bottles frozen to keep a constant tank temp. any suggestions on how to maintain a constant water temp in a tropical environment would be welcomed. thanks in advance.
