I'm headed back around

It's 65g rimless.

I changed out the ASM G3 skimmer for a bubble magus after realizing the skimmer wouldn't fit easily in the sump.

I used window tint on the back glass. I have been really impressed with it.

Where the tank sits. The light was hung from the ceiling. I like the way it looks without being mounted on the tank.

I made a screen top using the BRS kit. It really doesn't take away from the look of the tank and is very needed with a wrasse dominated tank.

I have the rocks how I want them and I moved all three mp10's to the back glass for a cleaner look.

This skimmer rocks! It works way better than my ASM G3 ever did.

Fast forward a few months. I have my first scoly, a few sps pieces. Three zoa rocks that will be awesome when they grow out and 5 wrasses. I'm happy with the tank.

It's had its hiccups and I lost a few fish in the process of getting to where it is now.

I noticed my acros were losing some color and the clams didn't look as good as they could. So I lowered the intensity of my light down to peak at 75% instead of the 100 I had it set to. I've already noticed an improvement in the clams color and how much they are opening.

So my thoughts currently. This ATI fixture is making to much light for clams on my sand bed and acros 6 or so inches under the water level.

Looking good Chase, happy to see you around again!

Sorry for the other thread guys. Got a little hot headed...

I'm glad to be back.

I just had my second kid a month ago and am pretty happy with life :)

Thanks Wendy! The jeep should fit both of them in the back seat. Although I wouldn't mind having a new jeep. :)

Of all the tanks and time I've been doing this I've never had snails lay eggs in my tank. The other night I noticed this. First time for me so I'm pretty excited :)

I've seen it pick at the rocks and it ate some mysis (then spit it out). I'm cautiously optimistic about it at this point.

Thanks skinz!

This guy can't catch a break. After doing this video I can see two other attempts he has made to dig a hole.
