You are probably looking for a Todd's torch. Here is mine in the center and the standard Indo green with pink tips is top right of it.

Must be Todd's torch I googled todds torch and some look bright green some look plain is todds torch the brightest green torch

I think so. But I do not have a holy grail to compare it to. I've heard most people say HG glows. The Todd's torch does glow this bright neon yellow-green. Maybe someone with both can chime in.

I have a 24k holy grail but I've never seen a Todd's torch it's actually the first time I hear of it

Todd’s torch arent bright like those pics above at all in person

Here are my torches understand T5s.. (no blue led) and no filter. This is exactly what they look like in person.

The brown torch you see is the dragon soul. (Only nice under blue LED imo)
