I'm new

Ok. I've decided to have a saltwater fish / rocks only tank. Maybe a reef down the road after I learn more about all this. I've had my tank set up and running for 4 days now. I can be patient, and looking forward to watching the changes. Any advice I can't live without? I've been doing my research but know you guys are the real experts !

I'm doing the same thing! There's tons to learn, hundreds of ways. More than likley you will get brown algea. Just let it starve. Lol

Be patient, use RO water. And because you are FOWLR you don't need crazy lighting, that will only add to more potential algae problems. Get decent flow going, good skimmer and start reading as much as you can on these forums! Good luck guys.
