IM nuvo 10 or 20

I have the same tank, it maybe top ups 3 times a day, easy enough to do whilst saving for an ato, you could even make a gravity diy ato in the meantime.

Yea u have a point. My tank never needed top offs that constant in tge first few weeks. Then after that its been crazy. Even if I top it off to the max it justs drains until its right above the pump. Lol

From someone who had two MP10s on an IM20, I found better success with a single gyre. I see better detritus suspension, less noise, and no concern over will the wet side go bad.

I had a 75w Neotherm heater and found it too weak, so Ive moved to a 100w for better temp stability.

Lol I dont have the kind of money for mp10s lol. If I do get a 20 its gonna have a cheaper sicce for now

I run the IM 20 gallon peninsula. I have a mini ATO, but I also have a full glass top. I use about 1 gallon every 2-3 weeks. Save $ and get the 20 The Peninsula is a nice tank. I just have a refugium in the filter compartment.

I love my 10 gallon IM. Used this as my reef tank for 3 years till I upgraded to a 60 cube.

if money was not an object I would go with the 20. But it’s not only the equipment costs, but coral cost, light cost, etc. you sound like you are pretty well set for the 10 and could have a sweet tank.
This was my tank, moved a lot over to the 60 gallon now.

now I use it as my coral Quarantine. So even when you get a larger tank you will probably still use the 10.

I have the 14 peninsula. I'm personally not a fan of the whole peninsula thing but thats just my opinion. You have a nice looking tank.

Honestly your tank looks awesome and I think you helped me with my decision. As much as the 20 would be nice the overall extra costs won't work for someone like me with limited money on hand. I would like to have more fish besides my 2 clowns but I think the 10 is gonna be better.
