Planning on starting a new tank soon and leaning towards an IM Nuvo 40. Was wondering if anyone here has one and what their pros and cons are. Also pics and how you have the back chambers set up as well as the equipment you use. So far here is my list to get it started.

Apex controller- $800
40 NUVO Fusion- $350
Sand-$63
Apex Auto Top Off- $200
Reef Octopus Classic- $150
Live Rock- $400
Other-$200
Livestock- $300

I have a fusion 20, aio setup is nice, right now am just using the stock socks it came with and a fluval 306 as a media reactor, im ato and replaced the stock pump. Two AI Prime Hd for lighting.

Love it! What all livestock do you have in it?

I have an IM40. I'm a huge fan of IM tanks but I probably would have gotten a different one. It's like 24" wide and 19" tall so it makes it kind of tricky to aquascape. If I could do it over again I probably would have gotten the lagoon 50 or maybe even the IM30.

As far as filtration in the back. Facing the tank, from left to right, I have a filter sock, cheato & live rock, ATO, live rock, live rock. I have a HOB skimmer that takes up quite a bit of space in the right two chambers. Also have pond matrix inside the skimmer. I was really hoping the extra live rock would help build a copepod population so I could get a mandarin in a few months.

I have a recent video in my tank thread.
