IM Nuvo APS Stand Help

I purchased a new APS stand. I opened it and it looked really simple to put together. I got two of the C rails on and went to step 3 which is to insert 2 of the rails labeled D. That is where the issue is those rails paper to be to long for the slots they are suppose to slide into. I was hoping someone might be able to tell me if they also ran into this issue.

So I got the stand together, was not as easy as the video made it look I had to skip steps and move steps around to get them in

Yeah you got to watch the video a few times, you can also call them they are responsive. Before you finish. it get the shelf as well, super nice.
