Im not sure what has happend to it. But from what I can see is that it's tried attaching to the live rock from its original rock and now the original rock is pulling it down. If not I would like to know what is happening here

Looks like a bowerbanki (often confused with Lobo) and would be LPS
 
agree, looks like ricordia to me also. Some will stay put when placed, others will let go and attach to a spot they like more.
 
Can you take a top down photo instead of side to verify? Not home and on a phone screen and hard to tell sideways

Should have said technically not a coral but looks more like a mushroom which is after all a type of anemone and can move its self around if not attached properly, I think they can! I might be wrong though
