Hi im Bob. New member to The forum been doing saltwater reefs for 15 years. Got into it by mistake I was helping a friend who owned a pet store he needed all the lights replaced above all the fish tanks for this work I got paid and free supplies and free fish. I had all fresh water and ponds at my home. Christmas time he gave me a 4 gallon octagon completely enclosed reef tank as a present. He filled it with invertibrates. I got hooked. What made it worse is I had the chance to order whatever I wanted cause I had his catalogs. It has been an amazing journey so far.

Hi Bob and Welcome! Glad you joined. Sounds like you've got a great friend (and they are lucky to have YOU, too!)

Have you considered starting your build thread? I found its a great place to document my tank's evolution for myself. I started tank first then joined, so I'm still finding myself going back collecting pictures & updating historically as well as current state. Once you create your first post in your thread under Forum > Member Aquariums and link it to your account, they will give you build badge (look left, under my ID)
