It seems to me the impossible dream, set up a saltwater aquarium in my budget. I want sps reef and long term equipment. But price always scared me to death. When i already plan equipment list, i always get other theory, opinion that ruin all the plan budget. When i consider equipment list i want the best long term equipment. Vectra s1 feed gfo/carbon/chiller 2x tunze 6095 nanostream for circulation reefer 250 3152 ATO when it became to reality budget, the equipment below that is what that can i affordable, but people alaways buy bigger skimmer, stronger pumps, bigger ATO and the list goes on and on..... I want a long term equipment, and dont want smaller aquarium what do you guys think???

You'll do a lot better cost-wise by putting the tank and equipment package together yourself vs a redsea kit.
Skip the DC pump (unproven) and reactors (unnecessasry) completely.....their day may come, but that day is not the day you set up your new tank.
Stick with a standard-issue return with a plain AC-powered bullet-proof return pump...Quiet One, Mag, Sicce, Eheim, etc are all great choices. Quiet One is tops if you're starting on a budget. $50-60 and a 5 year warranty are hard to beat.
Pumps and ATO I like and you might find one or both used – patience is a primary virtue if you're reefing on a budget. On the pumps, consider that wide-flow is a fad and may not be optimal for your tank – consider their 6055's and other pumps as well when the time comes.

P.S. You're starting on the right foot by asking lots of quetions BTW. You'd do well to question every piece of startup advice you read. Most folks have A LOT OF PROBLEMS with their new tanks because most folks do it the same way. Figure out what they did wrong before you do it too. (Ask questions if you can't tell where someone else went wrong.)

Look for used equipment. Buy stuff on Black Friday sales.
The new Jeabo DCP pumps are pretty good and cheap enough to get a spare at the same time.
Start piecing things together from sales threads here, on any local forums and Craigslist. Take your time and keep an eye out for deals. While your collecting stuff you'll have plenty of time to read, read and read some more.
Remember it's not a race, take your time and have fun.

Check out Craigslist or Facebook market for complete systems or used components , you can find some amazing deals. If you don't want the fish or corals you could always trade them to your lfs for equipment upgrade/replacement. I saw someone selling a complete 200 gallon oceanic system for 1050 on Facebook for the last month. the deals are out there I picked up my 30" cube and stand for 200 and got pumps and power heads tossed in.
