I’ve had tons of people ask that. Usually if you hit them with a black light the baddies don’t glow (aptaisia/mojano)

How’s your flow? The lower the flow, the better chance at success. Or you just have all one sex

i have a 40B with medium to "low-high" flow. i could try lowering the flow but am afraid of the detritus buildup. my CUC seems balanced for my GPH as of now. not sure they'll keep up if i lower it. might just mean i have to pick up more CUC.

How often do you see spawning? I have about a dozen in one tank and haven’t seen anything. It’s probably been less than a year.
